The breakfast is wonderful!
The staff were unhelpful and rude when we complained about the noise. Additionally, when we left an adapter in the room, the reception insisted we return it ourselves, which felt disrespectful.

The architecture exudes charm, boasting stunning chandeliers and ornate ceilings that evoke the elegance of the Victorian era. The breakfast is exceptional with an endless spread, including freshly baked bread that stood out. However, the Economy Double Room had a cramped shower stall which was oddly small, and the view of the mountains, while acceptable, lacked the brilliance that some rooms might offer. Proximity to a spa facility was a welcome bonus, though the distance to the main shopping area required a lengthy walk.

The staff were amazing, especially Natalia! She was super helpful with our plans. The breakfast had scrumptious freshly baked croissants but the WiFi was pretty slow. 😕

We had a lovely time at this Victorian hotel while enjoying cross-country skiing lessons nearby. The staff was wonderful, especially with our three young kids, and we appreciated the ski pass deal for 47 CHF per person. The breakfast selection was delightful.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had more activities specifically for children.

would definitely return
The room had a lovely mountain view and included amenities like a flat-screen TV, feather pillows, and a private bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with made-to-order eggs and freshly baked pastries. The spa across the street had amazing facilities including hot springs, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Room with a breathtaking view
Waking up to stunning mountain views was a treat! The accessible spa across the street and friendly staff truly enhanced our experience.
However, the WiFi was frustratingly unreliable, making it difficult to keep in touch with family back home during our stay.

We had a family room, and it was super spacious and comfy, perfect for all of us. The beds felt like little clouds, which was a huge plus after a long day. Plus, the room had a nice mix of historical charm with modern touches. The views were lovely, too. Only downside was the WiFi – it was pretty spotty in the room, but we managed. Overall, the vibe was really cool and cozy.

The Superior Double Room features charming vintage decor and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, perfect for a tranquil escape. Breakfast provides a generous selection with made-to-order eggs, ensuring a hearty start to the day.
However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The hotel lacks a proper evening restaurant, forcing guests to seek dining options elsewhere, which can be inconvenient. The bathroom's shower is notably cramped, leading to an uncomfortable experience when maneuvering. Additionally, the reception area shows signs of needing an update compared to the rest of the hotel, detracting from the overall impression.

Mixed Experience with Room Quality
While my room was spacious and clean, the noise from nearby rooms was disruptive in the late hours. However, a big highlight was the fantastic breakfast spread and the staff’s helpfulness with transport to nearby attractions. Bring your own coffee maker for your stay!

Just a balanced option for a short stay in St Moritz with decent value for money. The breakfast was excellent, especially the delicious mushrooms. If you're looking for dinner, you'll need to head to a nearby hotel.
